A small village on the top of a hill, in the centre of Friuli Venezia Giulia: it is San Daniele del Friuli, where Sandan produces his ham in a traditional way. The typical climatic conditions of this area guarantee the ham unique features: uniform red-pink colour of the lean, profile and streaks of white fat, intense aroma, sweet and delicate taste.

A state-of-the-art factory that excels in production capacity: 390,000 hams a year, making Sandan the first producer of San Daniele. Here Sandan patiently and carefully produces some of his best products, such as the inimitable Prosciutto di San Daniele PDO and Prosciutto Nazionale. The plant boasts a series of certifications including: BRC GLOBAL STANDARD FOR FOOD SAFETY (classe AA), IFS Food (Higher Level) and UNI EN ISO 50001.
